Define the machine before comparing the price
For a combine harvester wheat field request, record the intended crop and harvested area, field slopes, access widths, straw handling and transport route. Ask suppliers to state working width in m or ft, engine power in hp or kW, and throughput in t/h with the grain moisture content and crop conditions used to support that figure.
A catalog name does not specify a header, threshing system or unloading arrangement. Separate the proposed base machine from optional headers, grain tank extensions, spare belts, sieves, cutting components and any transport assemblies. For each quoted configuration, request a written included-items list and the corresponding operator and maintenance manuals. Ask who will provide commissioning and how technical questions will be handled at your destination.
Keep alternatives visible
A wheeled machine may fit dry field operation and existing transport, while a tracked configuration raises different undercarriage, loading and maintenance questions. These are selection factors to discuss with the supplier, not a suitability statement for a particular model. If the proposed machine changes, ask the factory to show the changed specifications and cost effects on a separate line.
State quantity in complete units or sets and identify any separate headers or wear-part packages. Budget is optional: include the currency and say whether the figure is per unit or for the whole order. Premium, mid-range and budget-friendly describe your purchasing preference; they do not establish factory quality or a verified service level.
Before selecting an offer, compare machine price, header and attachments, packing, freight, destination charges, applicable documents and support responsibility. Confirm MOQ, payment terms, lead-time assumptions and warranty exclusions with the named supplier. These inquiry options do not establish current stock, fixed specifications or delivery availability.
