Harvest Link Sourcing Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information requested by the website's equipment inquiry forms and the local browser storage used by its sourcing notice. Harvest Link Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a procurement requirement.
Information you submit
The inquiry form requests your name, work email and procurement requirement, with optional company and phone information. Your requirement may describe crops, field conditions, equipment, quantity, delivery destination and seasonal timing. Optional budget and supplier preference controls are combined with the requirement when the form is serialized for submission; they do not create separate backend fields.
Purpose of the request
Business information is requested to understand the equipment scope, ask follow-up questions and support factory quotation comparison. A destination and specification may be needed to assess an inquiry with potential suppliers or logistics participants. Confirm the information-sharing scope during follow-up before providing confidential drawings, contract details or other restricted material.
Accuracy and confidential material
Use a contact address you are authorized to provide. Include only information relevant to the equipment request, and identify any confidential scope before sending additional materials. The website does not provide an upload facility. Do not assume that submitting a general inquiry establishes a confidentiality agreement or a supplier contract.
Browser storage for the sourcing notice
The notice records a first-seen timestamp in localStorage and uses that timestamp to limit its display window to at most seven days. sessionStorage records dismissal of the ticker for the current browser session. These settings control the notice on this browser; they do not establish eligibility, supplier approval or a purchase benefit.
You can remove those values through your browser's site-data controls. Clearing storage removes the browser record, so a later visit may be treated as a new first visit. Where storage is unavailable, persistence may not work. The site also uses Bootstrap interactions for navigation, tabs and dialogs.
External references and changes
Links to outside resources are governed by their publishers' practices. Review those practices before sending information to another service. This source package does not document production hosting logs, retention periods or a production receipt system; operational handling must be confirmed with the service contact during follow-up.
Questions about your inquiry
Use the contact form to request a correction or ask about previously submitted business information. Provide enough context to locate the inquiry without repeating unnecessary sensitive data. Read the Terms of Service for the distinction between website guidance and supplier commitments.
