A business equipment inquiry

Contact Harvest Link Sourcing

Send a harvesting requirement with enough context to review the equipment, quotation basis and support questions. You can start while some model choices are still open.

Destination & access

Tell us the US delivery city or receiving region, field access limits and whether a port, warehouse or farm receives the machine. This page does not publish a physical office or collection address.

Business communication

Use the inquiry form with a work email and, optionally, a phone number including country code. A direct email, phone line or social account is not published here; your supplied contact details support follow-up.

Timing & next steps

State your seasonal delivery target and preferred contact time or time zone in the requirement. We review specifications and unresolved questions before coordinating the inquiry. No fixed reply time or dispatch date is promised.

What to prepare

A useful brief can begin with the field

Describe corn, wheat or rice harvesting, the area to cover and operating conditions. Include your capacity target with grain moisture content, header width, engine power and attachment or control requirements where known.

Write the number of complete machines or sets you need and separate extra headers or wear-part packages. Mention service manuals, spare-part references, installation and commissioning questions so they remain part of the quote scope.

Budget is optional. Give an amount or range, currency, and per-unit or whole-order basis if you want factories to consider a cost constraint. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided are buying preferences, not verified supplier grades.

If a supplier proposes an alternative, ask which specifications change and why. Compare freight, packing, destination charges, documents and support beside the machine price. Harvest Link Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner; final equipment and commercial commitments require the buyer and named supplier's confirmation.

Review the Buying Guide before sending uncertain specifications, or use the inquiry catalog to select an equipment direction.
